| Students must posess excellent SPM examinations results, including distinction in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics. |
| Students must not be a recipient of other scholarship programme, loan or financial assistance from any other organisation / educational institutions. |
| This Scholarship Program is valid for entry to public and private Universities only. |
| Students will be bonded to the company and must be ready / willing to serve PROTON for a speficied period after graduation. |
| Final selection of students will be based on interview, participation in extra curricular activities and SPM / STPM / Matriculation examination results. |
| The scholarship consists of full academic fees, subsistence, book and accomodation allowances. |
